Tork Carbon Neutral Dispensers
As of October 2023, a selection of 11 existing Tork dispensers will be carbon neutral. Carbon emissions will be reduced in production by purchasing renewable electricity in the production, and the remaining emissions will be offset with verified credits from climate projects. In addition, the dispensers are compatible with a range of sustainable refills.

Certified Renewable Electricity
As part of the plans to reduce carbon emissions for the entire life cycle, a significant reduction has been realized for the production of the selected Tork dispensers. All Tork carbon neutral dispensers have been produced using purchased certified renewable electricity from sources like bio fuel, wind energy etc.
Climate Projects
To reach carbon neutral, remaining carbon emissions have been compensated through investment in three climate projects with the verified organization, ClimatePartner. From supplying clean drinking water in Cambodia to protecting forests in Indonesia. And investing in energy-saving cookstoves in India combined with recovering plastic along beaches. These certified and regularly monitored projects direct resources to low-income countries to help communities mitigate and adapt to climate change. The climate projects contribute also to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
